DeskJet 960 Series Printer (Windows 2000)

This printer driver supports the HP DeskJet 960 printers in Windows 2000.

This driver is designed for use on computers that will be directly connected to the printer from the computer's Parallel port with a Parallel cable.

Installation instructions:

• Before you download create a new directory on your hard drive: c:\dj960.
• Download the driver to the newly created c:\dj960 directory.
• Open the c:\dj960 directory and double-click on the downloaded "exe" file. Once the files are loaded, you should see an "hp deskjet 960c series printer" screen. If you do not see a welcome "hp deskjet 960c series printer" screen, please proceed to step #4 to manually open this welcome screen. Otherwise go to step #8.
• If you did not see a welcome "hp deskjet 960c series printer" screen, open the 3 letter language directory in the c:\dj960 directory by double-clicking on the folder. For example, if you have the English driver you will see a directory named "enu".
